Based on the concepts of light, thin, and easy, these simple flat shoes are made of soft cow leather and combine a gentle foot feel with a good hold around the heel. The lining is made of a functional material which has excellent moisture absorption, quick-drying, and abrasion resistance.
Upper: Smooth cow leather
Outsole: Made of natural rubber, with excellent elasticity, durability, grip and flexibility. "No.17 Outsole"
Insole: Resilient and soft latex sponge
Lining: Non-woven fabric with excellent moisture absorption, quick-drying and abrasion resistance
Laces: Round laces
Sizing: Smaller than SP-110 (*Slightly different due to differences in materials and design)

A simple flat that goes from office to weekend.
The SP-1801 keeps its design simple, which is exactly why it lasts season to season. Wear it with a suit or clean trousers through the week, with a dress or denim on the weekend.
Soft cowhide you'll want to wear daily.
Soft, supple cowhide settles into the foot. The lining wicks moisture, dries fast, and stands up to wear, so it stays fresh and does not chafe through a long day. Refined to look at, built for function.
Light, thin, easy underfoot.
Each step lands soft, and a light build with a steady heel means a long walk tires you less. Commute, shopping, travel: it keeps your step light through all of it.
Repairable, and built to keep for years.
We have built shoes at our Fuchu factory in Hiroshima since 1933, adjusting the last and pattern again and again to fit the Japanese foot. The sole cushions and lasts, and it can be repaired, so it stays with you. A serious pair you'll still reach for every day, made by hand in Fuchu.
