Sustainable sneakers made with natural materials
Spingle Company has developed sneakers in its own domestic factories that focus on distinctive outsole design and comfort.
And while maintaining that commitment, this time we have developed sustainable sneakers using as many natural materials as possible, including natural leather and natural crepe soles selected with a focus on sustainability, based on the concept of "earth-friendly, sustainable product development."
In order to improve environmental issues, the realization of a "sustainable society" has been sought all over the world in recent years, and efforts called the SDGs are being made in all industries. The SDGs include 17 major goals such as "Eliminating poverty," "Responsible consumption and production," and "Protecting the abundance of the ocean." We at Spingle Company are also working to achieve these goals.
"As a sneaker manufacturer, can we develop sustainable products that are environmentally friendly?"
With this in mind, we began product development.
I believe we are entering an era where it will be the norm for manufacturing companies like us to develop environmentally friendly products, not just for individuals.

At SPINGLE MOVE, we focus on materials and manufacturing processes in order to develop sustainable products.
We used natural materials even in the smallest details, and the materials will return to the soil when buried. We developed the product with a manufacturing process that would not put a strain on the environment.
The upper is made of Ezo deer leather tanned using tannin, a plant-derived ingredient.
The natural leather is tanned with vegetable tannins, so if buried in the soil it will biodegrade and return to nature harmlessly.
The softness of natural leather and its comfort will gently wrap around your feet.
Due to their high reproductive capacity, Ezo deer are now being exterminated as pests in order to protect people's lives and maintain the ecosystem.
It is an unavoidable reality that we must exterminate them to maintain human life and the ecosystem, but if we are to be given a life, we want to make the most of it until the very end and then return it to the soil with gratitude. This is the thought behind using them in this product.
The outsole is made from natural rubber, which is highly flexible and elastic, and conforms well to the bending of your toes as you walk, giving you a bouncy, easy-to-walk feeling.
To begin with, there are two types of rubber: natural rubber and synthetic rubber. Natural rubber is made from the sap extracted from rubber trees. In other words, natural rubber is made from plants.
Since it was originally "tree sap (latex)," returning to the soil is a natural process, and it will biodegrade if buried in the soil.
The insole is made of soft, natural latex sponge, the same material used in cosmetic puffs.
It feels good on your feet and has high recovery power, so you can enjoy a comfortable fit for a long time.
In addition, the convex arch and center of the foot support the arch of the foot, increasing stability.
The lining is made of vegetable tanned pigskin.
This is an environmentally friendly leather that can be used safely by babies and people with sensitive skin, and can also be returned to the soil after reuse.
The material has been certified by the Japan Eco Leather Standards, which stipulates certification conditions such as "odor must be below standard values," "harmful chemical substances must be below standard values," and "no carcinogenic dyes must be used."
